Founded in 2008 as a sole proprietorship offering bookkeeping and business support services, Boscor Associates Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2015 to expand into a licensed professional firm.
From its humble beginnings in Kuching, Sarawak, Boscor has grown steadily into a multi-disciplinary corporate services provider trusted by SMEs, corporations and government agencies across Malaysia.
In 2020, Boscor Management Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated and has since evolved into a management consultancy and an HRD Corp Accredited Training Provider.

Mr. Derek Chua is the Founder and Principal of Boscor Associates Sdn. Bhd., with over a decade of professional experience in taxation, corporate secretarial and business advisory services.
He is a licensed Tax Agent approved by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Malaysia, a Practising Company Secretary approved by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and a Certified Trainer (NCS-TTT) recognised by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) Malaysia.
Under his leadership, Boscor has achieved ISO 9001: 2015 certification, reflecting the firm’s commitment to quality and professional excellence. His vision is to develop a Sarawak-grown firm that upholds international standards while remaining grounded in humility, integrity, and personalised service.
