01. Account & Tax Associate
- Kuching, Sarawak
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review corporate and individual tax computations and returns
- Assist in Income Tax & SST compliance matters
- Liaise with LHDN, RMCD and government agencies on client matters
- Handle full set of accounts and perform book-keeping for clients
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations and payroll
- Support tax and audit preparation where required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
- Knowledge of Malaysian Taxation and MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
02. Corporate Secretarial Assistant
- Kuching, Sarawak
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in company incorporation, annual returns, resolutions and statutory filings
- Maintain company records and liaise with SSM and clients
- Prepare board minutes and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Business or related discipline
- Knowledge of MBRS or experience in secretarial work is an advantage
- Good communication and attention to detail
03. IT Officer / System Support Executive
- Kuching, Sarawak
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks and software applications
- Provide user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Assist in setting up and maintaining accounting, tax and secretarial software systems
- Ensure data security, regular backups and system reliability
- Liaise with software vendors for updates, licensing and system improvements
- Support digital transformation initiatives and ISO documentation processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Familiar with Windows systems, networking and cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of accounting or business software is an advantage
- Good problem-solving skills, proactive attitude and attention to detail
04. Internship (Accounting / Taxation / Secretarial / IT)
- Kuching, Sarawak
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations under supervision
- Learn practical applications of accounting, tax, IT and secretarial procedures
- Support documentation, filing, and compliance tasks
Requirements:
- Students in Accounting, Finance, Business or IT related studies
- Internship duration: Minimum 12 weeks
